Guided meditation inviting care, compassion, ease, appreciation, joy, harmony, and all that is needed for the body-heart-mind. The practice can be done seated, standing, lying down, in motion and in stillness, and in all the ways and forms that supports your body and needs. The practice will be offered in a trauma-sensitive way to support folks in taking care of themselves however they need to be with and offer care to what is present.
